We are a small team of people who enjoy word games, logic puzzles, and lightweight online games. We created Dont Wordle with a simple idea in mind: take the familiar Wordle experience and turn it upside down, making a reverse word game that is easy to start but still takes real thought to play well.
In Wordle, the goal is to find the correct answer as quickly as possible. In Dont Wordle, your goal is to avoid it. That small twist changes the whole strategy. Every guess has to follow the color clues, but each move also brings the risk of getting closer to the hidden word.
Our goal is to make Dont Wordle the kind of word game you can open every day for a quick challenge. There is nothing to download and no complicated setup. Just a short, focused puzzle that gives you something new to think about each time you play.
We are continuing to improve the game, including the word list, rule explanations, mobile experience, and overall interface.
